Jamal S. Naboulsi
Founder, Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer
I am a serial entrepreneur who has started and/or led various types of businesses and organizations in multiple countries that include United States, Europe and the Middle East.
I have significant experience in engineering, project management and healthcare as well as private equity and venture capital investments. I have also transformed and led a 500 million dollar entrepreneurship organization.
This diverse experience coupled with my 30 years managing various types of investment accounts primarily in the U.S. stock market, has given me the right combination of skills to identify great investment opportunities and the ability to choose the right entry/exit levels.
Allen Snelling, CFA, CAIA
Chief Financial Officer
Allen has over 30 years of escalating responsibility experience as an investment and finance professional. He is proficient in the analysis, structuring, governance, administration and reporting of complex international financial transactions and alternative investments. Saudi Aramco originally hired Allen in 2008 as a Private Equity analyst in its Investment Management Department. He subsequently managed a multi-$B portfolio of credit financings in Corporate Finance and a multi-$B portfolio of Mid East region direct investments in Aramco’s New Business Development Department before “retiring” in 2019.
Prior to Aramco, Allen pursued entrepreneurial interests as a CEO for Intrasafe Medical, commercializing a patented medical infusion device; as Managing Director with Spencer Trask Ventures, a NYC based VC and PE firm, and as Director of Corporate Finance for North American Technologies, a NASDAQ listed technology company.
Allen holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from Texas Christian University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
